Connecting to Deep Flow
|
| The Buddha’s teachings on impermanence invite us to turn towards uncertainty with wisdom and compassion, and as we do so we learn to be less shaken by things we’d rather not experience, or feel, or have to deal with.
In this retreat, we offer an opportunity to deepen our relationship with change, developing a ground that is less shaken, that we can rest into, and also act from in the face of insecurity and loss. This steadiness is not rigid; it is dynamic, responsive and compassionate.
This retreat is suitable for people with previous Insight Meditation experience who have attended at least one silent Insight Meditation retreat (in person or online) of 7 nights or more within the last 5 years and who have a current regular meditation or mindfulness practice. |
