2020-12-13 Untangle the Entangled 48:05
Exploring meeting the hindrances in skilful ways. Firstly seeing them as wonderful opportunities for growth and development of heart. Secondly not taking them personally, not fully believing what they say (shape) about the world. And thirdly finding skilful means through mettā, insight, and samādhi practices to find well-being in the midst of the entanglement of dukkha.

2020-10-30 Day 1 Meditation Instructions - Befriending the Moment 56:43
Radical shifts are possible for us: Understanding that mindfulness already has kindness in it we can bring this metta quality to all things. We can also support this atmosphere by relaxing body, heart and mind. We can do this by resting back into back of the body, and bringing forward a more open, sensitive, naturally-caring, non-demanding attention to what is appearing.

2020-10-11 Mettā Samādhi or Samādhi Mettā 55:38
Exploring what happens when we offer mettā phrases that resonate with and radiate the felt sense of samādhi. Apologies: there are a lot of environmental noises from the sonic-cityscape I sat in to offer this online session. Hopefully the inimitable delight of Dharma overcomes the occasional annoyance of a horn, alarm, or call of a city dwellers.
