After practicing dhammanupassana in Insight Dialogue, attending to the first four factors of sati (mindfulness), investigation of phenomena, energy and joy, this 40 minutes guided meditation takes us, in silence, through these four and onwards to the three calming factors of tranquility, concentration and equanimity.
These regularly scheduled mornings begin with a guided meditation, sometimes followed by standing or walking meditation. There is a Dharma talk and often a question and answer period where attendees can inquire about practice.
Forgiveness does not mean condoning others evil or unskillful behaviors, but it does mean letting go of the emotion connection of feeling hurt and wounded.
