Oh No - Not This Thought Again ! (Online Series)

Thinking is a gift. It allows us to imagine, to remember, or to reflect on what matters. But it can also cloud our minds and worsen our wellbeing.

This is a short but powerful online course focusing on practising with thoughts, both on and off the cushion.

Through a range of techniques and approaches to suit different minds, we explore how to stop fighting thoughts and relate to them skillfully, how to bring discernment as well as disidentification, and what to base our actions on, if not the incessant radio within.
