During this retreat, we will explore our innate capacity for liberating insight, practicing a natural ongoing awareness that opens us to joy, ease, and a deeper understanding of the truth of the way things are.
Held in noble silence, this course will include guided meditations, Dharma talks, Q&A, and group practice discussions. We will explore states of mind that support mindfulness, including compassion, curiosity, lovingkindness, courage, and equanimity. |
