In this online retreat we explore what prevents us from living with ease and freedom and inquire how to live a life of deep ground, being yourself, in peace with your own life trajectory.
With a spirit of kindness, we engage in meditative practices that support realignment and embodiment. Insight Meditation practice is supported by instructions, guided meditations, Loving-Kindness meditation, being in nature, and conversation with the teacher.
This retreat will include movement practice, in addition to the walking meditation practice, and also the practice of inquiry. |
